The air atomising assembly uses compressed air to carry viscous fluids (grease, glues, chocolate …) and atomise the sprayed fluid to give the finest droplet size. Different “Setups” are available to give a variety of spray patterns, and these are compatible with automatic spray guns. A range of accessories is available including cleanout needle assemblies, flow adjustment and shutoff kits, kits for wall mounting the nozzles, extensions and heating chambers.
