specification   For 70 mm (of height 4' and thickness and minimum overall thickness of 70 mm) made of :  i) Structural members fabricated of 1.50 mm to 2.20 mm pure 100%  aluminium extrusion channel with epoxy / powder coating  min. of 40 to 50 micron.  ii) Two sides of partition panels finished partially with 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board and in between space of 52 mm out of over all thickness of 70 mm to be kept vacant for universal data and cable management system. Partial panel may be  with glass panel of minimum thickness 5mm. for some areas for better visibility and lighting.  iii) Box type raceways open able on both sides at bottom level and as required below or above table height for carrying electrical and data cables. Skirting covers of height 120 – 130 mm with materials fabricated with prelaminated particle board of thickness 9mm.  iv) Slots in vertical sides for horizontal wire management of cables.  v) General: Trims finish –Aluminium epoxy coated with 40-50 micron. All metal sections,  cantilever brackets to hold the work tables and tops and aluminium profile finished in epoxy coating of thickness 45 to 50 micron of approved shade. For 30 mm-  The entire structural frame viz. horizontals and verticals are made of 30mm thick high quality aluminum extruded interlocking sections. Semi-circular top and vertical trims are made of aluminum extrusions which are snap fit. Provision of dual management facility is available. As per the international standards corner caps and top caps are made of Zinc moulds. Levelers are provided to overcome unevenness in the flooring. Snap fit tiles compromises of 15 mm prelam board on both making 30 mm thick over all, Magnetic Fabric board. 30mm snap fit panel fixtures are made of zinc moulds. The top, vertical and corner trims are available in standard powder coating finish of international standards.  ( Decor-x make ) For 60 mm-  The entire structural frame viz. horizontals and verticals are made of 60mm thick high quality aluminum extruded interlocking sections. Levelers are provided to overcome unevenness in the flooring. 60mm snap fit panel fixtures are made of zinc moulds. The top, vertical and corner trims are available in standard powder coating finish of international standards.  ( Decor-x make ) For 50 mm- The entire structural frame viz. horizontals and verticals are made of 50mm thick high quality aluminum extruded interlocking sections. Semi-circular top and vertical trims are made of aluminum extrusions which are snap fit. Provision of dual management facility is available. As per the international standards corner caps and top caps are made of Zinc moulds. Levelers are provided to overcome unevenness in the flooring. The top, vertical and corner trims are available in standard powder coating ( moon shell grey ) finish of international standards.  b) Work surfaces made of:  i. Top fabricated out of 25 mm thick Plain Particle Board interior grade   ii. Key Board Drawer: Key Board Drawer will be fabricated from 18 mm thick  iii. CPU trolley: Should be made of CRCA sheet and finishing will be in epoxy coating  iv. Pedestal unit ( 450 mm x 50mm x 737 mm ht.): Should consist of two small drawer IS 12823 : 1990  and the top with laminate of thickness 0.7 mm approved brand & shade & bottom with balancing laminate. All components like tops, sides etc. are finished with machine pressed 2mm thick PVC EDGE binding tape glued with hot melt EVA glue. These work surfaces are mounted either on panels or supported one end by board side or metal side and other end on panel.  ii. Board sides are fabricated out of 18 mm thick Prelaminated (both sides) Particle board.  Prelaminated Particle board with high quality telescopic channel mounted from the table bottom. of thickness 40-50micron. . It should be mounted on Castors. and one filling drawer and should be fabricated out of 18 mm prelaminated particle board and assembled with drawer runner ( METABOX Systems) for smooth operation.. The entire unit should be provided with central locking system.

i) Top fabricated out of 25 mm thick Plain Particle Board interior grade conforming to IS 12823 : 1990 and the top with laminate of thickness 0.7 mm of approved brand & shade and glue of PVAC. All components like tops, sides etc. are finished with machine pressed 2mm thick PVC lipping glued with hotmelt EVA glue.  ii) Bottom, sides, shelves and shutters (openable) are fabricated out of 18 mm prelaminated (both sides) particle board and the back of 9 mm prelaminated (both sides) board. iii) Lock and stoppers.  iv) Edges finishes with required  PVC EDGE binding tape glued with hot melt EVA glue.
