CNC Milling Machine
Milling is the machining process of using rotary cutters to remove material from a workpiece advancing (or feeding) in a direction at an angle with the axis of the tool. We have machining centers (milling machines with automatic tool changers, tool magazines or carousels, CNC control, coolant systems, and enclosures), generally classified as vertical machining centers (VMCs). Our milling machinaries are highly accurate and can deal with jobs of very high precision.
...moreCnc Turning Machine
Cnc turning is a machining process in which a cutting tool moves linearly while the job piece rotates. When turning is done on internal surface its called boring. Turning and boring is a common job work for cnc machining. On a general sense turnmill machines are based on lathe machine principle. There are many terms related to turning such as boring, facing, parting etc. On a more detail basis, turning can be categorised as straight turning, tapered turning, and external or internal grooving. When Cnc turning is done on internal surface it is called boring, while parting is cutting a part of the job piece through out to seperate it from the rest of the rod. Moreover turning often is needed along with other machining job works such as cnc milling, cnc boring etc, so in industrial as well as commercial applications cnc turning and other machining center has got a huge application. We in our machining centre in Kolkata, have high accuracy cnc turning machines, capable of producing jobs upto 5 micron accuracy. Below are the pictures of few of our turning job works.
...moreCNC TURNMILL Machine
CNC Turnmill are machines that are capable of both cnc turning and cnc milling operations, like both the tool and the workpiece can rotate and move accordingly. In our machining centre we deal with various job works which include high accuracy complex machining where turnmill centres are the most appropriate as human error can be terminated. Mainly turnmills are used for jobs where high precesion machining are needed in minimum time.
...moreCONVENTIONAL Electrical discharge machine
Electrical discharge machining (EDM), is one type of cutting machine where electrical charge is used for cutting a workpiece. Its a very popular machining center which has a lot of applications in todays industry. In a conventional EDM an electrode produce spark with very high temperature, to cut the work piece. Thus any sort of through cutting, press tool making, drilling, parting category jobs, are mostly suitable using EDM. In our machining centre in kolkata we carry conventional edm as well as wirecut edm to process work jobs according to clients requirement.
...moreCNC Wirecut EDM
In a wire cut EDM, between two spools, a wire is wound in which the active part of the wire is changed on a constant basis. A dielectric liquid mostly deionised water is used as a basis for the work job. Thus any sort of through cutting, press tool making, drilling, parting category jobs, are mostly suitable using EDM. wirecut machines are highly efficient accurate and fast and jobs can be carried out at a resonable price. In our machining centre we carry an Eectronica Ecocut machine, to carry out jobs related to EDM. For any jobs related to wire cut fell free to contact us.
...morecompression molding machine
Compression molding is a method of molding in which the molding material, generally preheated, is first placed in an open, heated mold cavity. The mold is closed with a top force or plug member, pressure is applied to force the material into contact with all mold areas, while heat and pressure are maintained until the molding material has cured. It is a forming process in which a plastic material is placed directly into a heated metal mold, then is softened by the heat, and forced to conform to the shape of the mold as the mold closes.
...moreTRANSFER MOLDING Machine
Transfer moldingis a process where the amount of molding materials measured and inserted before the molding takes place. The molding material is preheated and loaded into a chamber known as the pot. A plunger is then used to force the material from the pot through channels known as a sprue and runner system into the mold cavities. The mold remains closed as the material is inserted and is opened to release the part from the sprue and runner. The mold walls are heated to a temperature above the melting point of the mold material; this allows a faster flow of material through the cavity.Transfer molding, unlike compression molding uses a closed mold, so smaller tolerances and more intricate parts can be achieved.
...moreInjection Molding Machine
Basically injection moulding is a process where a material (which will acquire the shape) is injected into a given mould. The mould is pre designed in accordance with the item. The material of the mould can be anything such as plastic, polymers and even metals. At first the mould cavity is designed with the help of our CADCAM software, after that the moulding material is injected into the mould cavity using the injection moulding machine. By this way the required shape is obtained for the material. Injection moulding has got a great application in today’s industry. Some of the common mould products are caps, plastic bottle, chairs, tables, cell phone cases, pens and many other plastic and polymer products. We are capable of designing and creating the mould and further manufacturing the moulded material in bilk quantities. Some of our moulded job works are as shown below.
