The machine is utilised to obtain quality production of corrugated sheets a strongly built machine has been fabricated for lamination aiming accurate setting of freshly glued sheets It also helps to maintain the even shape of sheet.

The machine is designed for high production in cutting paper as well as 2 ply corrugated sheet without damaging the flutes.  This machine can be used as an Independent unit or can be attached to a corrugation machine for direct and accurate sheet cutting, which minimises the percentage of wastage.  PIV gear box is provided for cutting of the sheet to the required length.  A delivery conveyer is provided to carry the sheets out.  Variable speed motor is recommended for economy in wastage at an additional cast.

The machine is used for applying glue on the tip of the corrugation 2 ply sheets to make different ply.  It consists of three rollers which is smoothly finished to ensure even lamination of boards.  Wheels with eccentric bushes are provided to the one roller for the adjustment far optimum application of gum & one far even impression on 2 ply board. Hard Chromed rollers are provided far economy and better quality at an additional cast.  

the machine is used for slotting & corner cutting of the corrugated board simultaneously.  the machine has three slotting & one corner cutting head.  gauges are provided for  accurate feeding..

The Heavy Duty Platen punching and embossing machine is utilised for cutting, creasing, embossing and punching of corrugated sheets.  The drive and stop to the platen is transfered by an electromagnetic clutch. Two safety guides are provided for instant stoping of the machine in emergency.

The machine has been designed & manufactured to stitch the card board & corrugated boxes. The machine is made of graded casting and the parts are standarised interchangeable and made alloy steel.

The machine is used to manually cut the corrugation board & liner paper. The cutting arm is well balanced to enable free cutting with the slightest pressure.  Front & back guides are provided with the machine far exact cutting.
