  Forged steel work roll performs as a tool to transform materials under normal room temperature,  therefore , it is  the most wear and tear spare parts during the rolling process . With 2%Cr, 3%Cr, 5%Cr material series , we have greatly improved our products both in terms of quality and diversification . Currently , our product is widely used in a variety of applications , such as anti hydrogen-attack roll, ultra-deep hardened roll, anti-roll mark roll, anti-roll accident roll and the high wear resistance roll and so on.

Custom made open die forgings upto 8 M.T.'s/piece in carbon, alloy & special steels in forged, pre-machined and finish machined condition for steel plants, power plants, aeronautics, power transmission, mining, mechanical and general engineering applications. Forgings are manufactured and certified as per International Standards : ASTM/BS/DIN/BIS/JIS/EURONORM etc. We also manufacture finish machined mechanical spares & assemblies for cranes, locos, rolling mills, slabcasters, material handling equipments & mines.  

Forged steel back-up roll is mainly used in 4-Hi mill and 6-Hi mill. The diameter of roll barrel is 350~1400mm. The material of back-up roll includes 60CrMo, 9Cr2Mo, 86CrMoV7, 70Cr3Mo etc.The main types of mills: back-up roll of 650mm Mill, 900mm Mill, 1050mm Mill, 1250mm Mill, 1450mm Mill.BIEC BACKUP ROLLS ARE USED IN 4 HI and 6 HI REVERSING AND TANDEM MILLS FOR ALL PRODUCT ROLLING SUCH AS STEEL , STAINLESS , ALUMINUM,BRASS , COPPER UPTO SINGLE PC WEIGHING 32000 KGS

Cold rolling mill intermediate Roll applies to high precision 6-Hi (as well as a few 8-Hi) mill, named from working location between work roll and back-up roll, mainly used to control the shape of strip. Material specification of 2%Cr, 3%Cr, 5%Cr, Semi-High Speed Steel are available.  

Sendzimir mill is favored by high technology customers because of high rolling precision ,such as very thin strip and difficult deformation silicon steel, stainless steel. The material of Sendzimir work roll is tool steel, die steel and high-speed steel. These are materials of high hardness . The rolls are manufactured under quenching and tempering processes of high temperature . During the tempering process, secondary hardening is used to reach hardness of 60-63HRC, 61-64 HRC, 63-66HRC etc, for different work rolls . High hardness tool steel and die steel are used as raw materials for Sendzimir intermediate roll. The rolls are also manufactured under quenching and tempering process of high temperature. During tempering process, secondary hardening is used to reach hardness of 55-60HRC for different intermediate rolls.
