Add a few drops of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil to your bath water to soothe body pains and help your mind and body relax. Add 2 drops to your regular hair oil and lightly massage onto your scalp. Shampoo after 2-3 hours to reduce dandruff and itchiness. Precautions: DO NOT apply directly on skin. Always dilute with a base oil to apply. Direct application may burn your skin.
