Flowmeter  are used for measuring  flow in Anesthesia Machine Featurs: Conforms to ISO 5358 Proven in meeting users‘ requirements. Anaesthetic Rotameters are used for measuring the rate of flow of gases used for anaesthesia. The gases measured are Oxygen, Nitrous oxide, Carbon dioxide, Xenon, and Air.   Anaesthetic Rotameters units with control valve system can be of 1 tube, 2 tubes, 3 tubes and so on as per user requirement. It comes as a complete unit for fitting on the Anaesthesia machine.   Flow Range High flow tubes are available in ranges of 0-10, 0-12. 0-15 LPM Low flow tubes are available in ranges of 0-1 LPM Dual scale tubes available for expanded low range reading Connections Inlet and outlet connections are available as per your choice. Most common are ISO taper with RH outlet, or 6mm Festo.

  A two station Selectatec Bar, conforming to international standard, used on the anaesthesia machine. This is vaporizer compatible. The anesthesia vaporizer will be attached on it directly. Double unit can be put together and to support two interlocking vaporizer. The input port and output port are in back side.

The instruments are ideal for process industry and also extensively used as master instrument for calibration of other flowmeters.

FUNCTION The Flow Head incorporates the lollowing lunctions : Gas indexed pneumatic inlet ports N20 gas flow out off in the event of oxygen failure Flow control needle valves N20/O2 flow ratio hypoxic mixture prevention proportioning system Color coded, marked specific labels for flow tubes and flow control valves Gas mixing chamber, mixed gas outlet GENERAL OPERATION The Flow Head integrates 02 and N20 (the N20 is optional). The O2 Air and N20 needle valves gas supply pressure is externally regulated to 400Kpa¢10Kpa as per standard.   The N20 channel incorporates a pressure cut-off valve. The O2 supply pressure in the circuit controls the output pressure of the pressure out-oft valve. Under all conditions of operation, the N20 flow shall reach zero before the O2 flow. ln this flow head the N20 pressure switch shall cut oft the flow of N20 before the O2 pressure drops below 50115Kpa.

Anaesthetic flowmeters are available in 2 – 5 tubes versions.  The flowmeters (2-5 tube versions) can be supplied with or without Anti Hypoxia Device.The housings are made from Aluminum and fitted with fine adjustment valves for easy control of the anaesthetic gases. The front cover is  made from moulded acrylic. The devices have a phosphorescent “glow in the dark” (normally white) background for easy reading even in case of sudden darkness.The knobs are made from finest quality ABS. The Oxygen knob has a touch coded profile and all the knobs are colour coded as per ISO 5358 requirements.Internal gas connections are made using polyurethane tubes and Festo type connections. A non return valve in the downstream of the AHD ensures no flow of N2O in the respiratory circuit in the event of single fault condition when Oxygen line gets blocked.Various options of inlet and outlet connections are available

The O2 Flush device is suitable for a quick oxygen supply directly at the mixed gases outlet at the end of an anesthesia circuit. Made of anodized aluminum, it is equipped with an anesthetic mixture inlet connection, an oxygen enriched mixture outlet connection, an O2 feeding connection and a supply button. Flow Tubes  Flow Tubes are calibrated for discharge into an ambient atmosphere of 101 .3Kpa at an operating temperature of 20°C. Each flow tube shall be calibrated to accuracy of 110% of reading, or better. Flow tubes withstand 690Kpa internal pressure without breaking. Flow Control Valves Anti-clockwise rotation shall cause an increase inflow. Flow control knob are color coded and touch coded. Smooth and precise rotation ensures accurate flow setting   PRESSURE CUT-OFF VALVE N20 regulated pressure shall drop with falling of 02 supply pressure and shall prograssively reduce flow of this gas while maintaining the proportion of 02 (22% min.) until O2 pressure falls to 50i15Kpa at which point the supply of N20 shall be cut off. The only means of restoring N20 flow after 02 supply failure (O2 pressure below 50i15Kpa) shall be the restoration of 02 pressure. ASSEMBLY Leakage from atmosphere shall not exceed 108ml/min. when a vacuum of 80cm H20 is applied to all internal. MATERIALS All wetted material are compatible with all gases used and all anaesthetic agents. Equipment compiles with HoHS requirements.

Details   BPC flowmeters for MIG/MAG, TIG welding BPC (Back pressure compensated) flowmeters for Argon, Argon+CO2 for use in MIG/MAG, TIG welding, available in single scale (Argon), and dual scale (Argon and CO2). The flow tubes and outer cover are made from Polycarbonate.   The body is made from high quality extruded brass sections. Available in chromium plated or self coloured lacquer finish. BPC flowmeters are available in two different configuration: Inlet opposite to control knob, and inlet at right angle to control knob. The flowmeters are calibrated at 2Kg/cm2 back pressure as per the industry standard. Flowmeters are guaranteed for accuracy and the errors are well within the limits required by ISO 17662. See error boundary curve (VDI/VDE 3513, Sh-2).   The flowmeters are calibrated with international traceability and do not require regular calibration since the accuracy as declared in the “error boundary curves” are guaranteed.
