The furnace can be electrically heated or fuel (Gas/Oil) fired. The furnace process and sequence will be controlled through PLC based SCADA system which will display the complete heating process, production output, process parameters and location of products. The Temperature control will be thyristorised for electrically heated and PID based control for fuel fired furnaces for better temperature uniformity.
