Higher Tensile Strength and Good Abrasion Resistance to withstand higher wear rate which helps to carry highly abrasive and sharp materials. The special silica based Synthetic Rubber Formulation ensures a very good cut growth resistance to the cover. Low Elongation is our in house availability of fabric combined state of the art post tension device helps us to restrict the elongation to the required minimum. Good Impact Resistance, though it is highly recommended to use a BREAKER Ply where the impact of falling material is high, our special weaving techniques employed for fabrics ensure a very good impact Resistance for the belt. Moisture Resistance special compounds applied to the edges of the CUT EDGE belts ensures that moisture does not affect the belts in any severe climatic conditions. Higher Adhesion, dipping of the Fabric in Rubber solution before processing which is our specialty, ensuring a higher level of adhesion enhancing the life of the belt by many miles.

IS 9295: 1983 Standards covers steel tubes used for idlers for belt conveyors. This standard widely used in industrial main line. areas. Utkarsh India Ltd. have the license to produce IS 9295: 1983 from Bureau of Indian Standards under certification mark no. CM/L – 5117854 Utkarsh duly marks his pipe by embossing : – “BANSAL “UTKARSH” “ISI LOGO” “IS 9295” “CM/L NO. 5117854” and the OD, Thickness, Length, Grade by stenciling.

Conveyor belts, after installation on conveyors, have to be jointed to make them endless. There are two methods commonly used – (1) use of mechanical belt fasteners and (2) finger spliced hot vulcanized joints. Users can choose either or both of these two methods as per their convenience – location, time, cost and efficiency.Finger spliced hot vulcanization also facilitates longer life of moving conveyor components such as rollers (idlers), pulleys, scrappers, etc.In case of hot vulcanised joints consisting of more than two belts rolls on one conveyor, we recommend that the last joint should be continued with fasteners till the initial stretch of all the belt lengths have been completed.
