The insulation support is provided using specially formulated PVC compound with superior insulation resistance values.

These find usage in machine tools, control panels, appliances and makes use of conductors drawn from bright electrolytic grade Annealed Bare Copper. The insulation support is provided using specially formulated PVC compound with superior insulation resistance values.   FEATURES: • Wires provide for consistent performance as these are developed using high speed extrusion lines. • Sheathing provided using specially formulated Matt Finish PVC compound that allow easy stripping as well as makes wire withstand mechanical abrasion. • PVC insulated industrial Wires & Cables are manufactured as per IS:694:1990.   SPECIFICATIONS: - 0.5 sq.mm to 4sq.mm upto 61 cores; - 6 sq. mm to 35sq.mm upto 7 cores; - 50 sq. mm to 300sq.mm upto 4 cores; - Cables are ISI Marked/IS and are approved by FIA/TAC.

Control Cables:Control Cable which is mostly of copper conductors solid as well as stranded. The size of such conductors are upto 6mmsq. These are used for panel wiring relay protection, control of machines and equipment and myriad of other varieties. These are tailored made application as per specific customer need.   SPECIFICATIONS: - Control Cables can be manufactured as per IEC, other overseas specification and Indian Standards. - Control Cable may be either PVC or XPLE Insulated.

Trend is moving towards using ABC cables in place of underground cable in power distribution network. ABC are much lighter, economically feasible and higher current rating of at least 10 % more than underground armoured cables. ABC are either Low Tension or High Tension Grade.ABC aluminium conductors are mainly XLPE insulated and each core are twisted round a aluminium alloy bare stranded conductors called MESSENGER. The Messenger conductor facilitates suspension of the cable on hooks and clamps in street lighting poles.   Hooking and pilferage of power is prevented. There is also vast advantage of continuous power supply in the event of storms and blizzards.Installation of AB Cable is simpler and much cheaper than the underground cables. Cable accessories are also cheap.The installation time is much less. ABC Cables are manufactured as per Indian Standards and Overseas Specification.
