TS80 D Cup Sealer is used to seal laminated foil lid or a transparent plastic on the top of round plastic trays on 2 cups at a time. The temperature of the heating plate is maintained by a digitally controlled PCB. The sealing process requires the operator to set the desired temperature and then place the plastic tray inside the die and finally pressing on the handle which seals the tray. The machine is made of stainless steel body to prevent corrosion from spillage.
