The company has in-house facility for thermoplastic parts moulding by latest injection moulding machines. The ranges includes different types of Washers, gaskets, seals, Inlets based on polymers like TPU, ABS, PA-6 (different GF Levels), PC, PP, HDPE etc. The company has CNC Lathes whereby critical parts out of PTFE may be custom machines based on any given quantity. The company also deals in PTFE moulded parts as per customer requirements.  

Cast polyurethanes are a diverse and versatile group of materials that are known for abrasion resistance, chemical resistivity, stability in water, ease of processing and relative low cost. Cast polyurethanes are found in almost every industry. Molds for cast urethanes are relatively inexpensive and can be made from a variety of materials. Cast polyurethanes are a good substitute for a number of materials where improved performance is required. Our range includes Polyurethane Rollers, PU Wheels For Trolley, Cast PU Rods, Polyurethane Sheets and Liners. Polyurethane Liners are designed to handle high impact and excellent sliding property. Polyurethane Liners are also heat resistant in nature as compared to conventional liners. The Liners are available in standard sizes of 500mmX500mm and 250mmX500mm with wide options of thickness and on ceramic and polymer backing, and by default the liners are having metal backing of 5mm thick.

The company deals in different short length mouled hoses and extruded profiles for automotive and rail car application. Other than window, cab door seals, the company also produces extruded profiles for door sealing arrangement.  

The company offers wide range of O-Rings, Seals and Gakets. O-rings from 5 mm ID to 1050 mm is available with us. We specialize in Fluro-Elastomeric (VITON) based O-Rings. O-Rings can be made to colours as required by the customer. We have other O-Rings from NBR, HNBR, CR, Hypalon, AFLAS, and various other polymers.Our range of Gaskets includes Rubber, thermoplastic and compressed jointing gaskets (Non Asbestos based). We offer complete cut to the requirement of customer in various thickness of 1/32”, 1/16”, 1/8” etc. We can cater to any size and volume.

Our range of Diaphragms and bellows are extensive. Diaphragms are generally fabric inserted neoprene based. Bellows ranges from bi-lobe to tri-lobe type working under dynamic load of 2,000 Kgs and more. Our bushings and mounts includes Rubber Bushes made from NBR, CR, HNBR, EPDM, FKM, PTFE etc. The bushes sizes ranges from a few millimeter to metal bonded center pivot bushes which is over 300 mm in diameter. The bushings are transfer moulded or Injection Moulded as per demand. Our parts are of high quality and we have several standard moulds (multi cavities) made to industry standards. The mounts ranges from small auto mounts to heavy primary/ secondary suspension for locomotives.Apart from rubber bushings and buffers we have facilities for thermoplastic bushings made from high performance elastomers like TPU etc. The bushings are of high quality made by latest injection moulding machines.
