Apart from this, many pipes are given inside the structure to facilitate conversion of hot air into cool air. In FD Cooler, Cooling fans, and dust disposal is arranged through Rotary Air Valve. Along with canvas, duct and deposition bin are also provided to ensure that the disposed off ashes don't fly randomly anywhere, whether inside the plant or the surrounding atmosphere. F.D. Coolers main function is to cool down the temperature. Consequently, at this point FD Cooler, up to 70% of total pollutants get arrested and disposed through the valves.
