Cement feeding can be done by two options. The first is by using a 50-100 ton cement silo depending on the requirement of cement in the batching plant. The second option is to manually load bags of cement into the cement feeding hopper.

Microprocessor-based feeding arrangement. A Weighing Bin fitted with a regulated Feeding Device is placed on Load cells. Initially the Bin is fed with material. As the material is gradually dispensed, continuous loss in weight of the Weighing Bin is monitored through a Feedback Loop. Accordingly a Gravimetric Continuous Linear Adjustment of feed rate is maintained to match a Target Feed Rate along with a Volumetric Re-Filling of the Bin. This Gravimetric Feeding System is applied where continuous and precise Feed Rate is required like minor ingredient feeding of a Batching Plant or Color, Flavor, Perfume dosing applications, etc.
