These machine is easily affordable by small scale and cottage industries with small or medium scale production needs. Foil sealers are used to seal Aluminium/Blister foils on cups, plastic cans, bottles, containers etc. The height and the temperature of the machine can be adjusted according to the users convenience. The machine comes with a thermostat and heating indicator lamps which automatically switches off when the desired temperature is reached. The sealing process requires the operator of the machine to place the aluminum/blister foil on the container and then placing it on the sealing platform and then finally pressing on the handle until the sealing disc presses on the container. Once the container is sealed the operator may slowly release handle. This completes the sealing process. The sealing attained is pilfer and leak proof.
