Basil Essential Oil is extracted from the Basil plant which contains a number of compounds to enhance health. It is used to help relieve acne, anxiety, colds, coughs, bronchitis, fatigue, depression, indigestion, gout, sinusitis among other benefits. It can also be used as an insect repellent. How to Use: Add 2-3 drops of Nuvotone Basil essential Oil to a career oil of choice and massage directly on your skin, to get relief from fatigue, aching muscles or muscle pain. Basil essential Oil can be inhaled after adding a few drops of the oil onto a tissue paper or cotton, or add a few drops to a diffuser which acts as a natural stimulant and targets the adrenal cortex of the nervous system. It makes a person mentally alert, and helps soothe tiredness. Basil has anti-microbial properties, which helps purify the contaminated air. Diffuse the essential oil with a diffuser or simply pour a few drops on a tissue to breathe in fresh air. Precautions: DO NOT apply directly on skin. Always dilute with a base oil to apply.
