We, Hi-Life Traders Pvt. Ltd. are doing our day to day trading business in three different brands as Stellar Furnishings, Stellar Carpets & Stellar Home. We had opened our first showroom in the year 1996 at 234/3A, A J C Bose Road, FMC Fortuna Building, Kolkata-700020 catering in view the rich consumer base of South Kolkata.
In the year 2003 we had opened our another showroom at VIP Road,Baguiati so that we can capture the developing area of North Kolkata. Then our third showroom was opened at Rashbehari Avenue as it was difficult for us to serve South of Kolkata. Of lately we have diversified into the furniture market and the wholesale market and opened our fourth showroom as STELLAR Home on 15th January’2009 at 234/3A, A J C Bose Road, Kolkata-700 020.
The industry that our business operates in is of Furnishings, Floorings and other Home Décor merchandise. The Indian real estate market has grown multi folds in the past decade. In the future too, there is an estimated huge demand for housing in both rural and urban areas. The overall growth in the business environment in the country has also seen a huge demand rise in the hospitality sector. The basic need of any infrastructure facility be it residential or commercial is met by the furnishing industry. The furnishing industry has also seen innovative and need catering changes whereas a number of products and merchandise have evolved and become a necessity. In the future too this demand will see a steady growth with the growth in the real estate and hospitality sectors. Now we are dealing in furnishings (Curtains & Upholstery) & floorings along with all other accessories like Drapery Rods, Bed Covers, Bed Sheets, Cushion Fillers, Cushion Covers, Blinds, Wall to wall Carpets, Design (Centre) Carpets, Laminated & Hardwood Flooring, Furnitures, Lamp shades & Exclusive Showpieces like Photo Frames, Candle Stands, Candles, Artificial Flowers, Flower Vases etc.
