Switchboard mats, Two classes of mat are available – Class A (Thicker Mats) for general purpose application & Class B (Light Weight) for use on flat indoor surfaces. Both the types of insulating mats as per ASNZS 2978 standard are intended to protect personnel where circumstances involve the possibility of contact with conductors or electrical equipment whose voltage does not exceed 650 V a.c. r.m.s. or d.c., between conductors or between conductors and earth. Manufacturer’s Test Certificate is provided along with the supply.

Rubber safety mats, The electrical insulating rubber mats are manufactured as per the old IS 5424 standard of 1969. These safety rubber mats have a chequered or a fluted anti-skid surface and are usually available in black colour. Red colour is also available on request. They are relatively cheaper than ISI Insulating Mats but have a shorter life span. They can also be used as general purpose rubber matting. They are available in 1M x 2M or 3ft. x 6ft. sizes only and thickness ranging from 6mm to 25mm.

Insulation mat, The insulation mats are manufactured as per the IEC 61111:2009 standard set by the International Electrotechnical Commission and are highly electrical resistant. These non-conductive electrical insulation mats insulate and protect from mortal shocks generated by high voltage equipment.

Electrical rubber mats, Electrical Rubber Mat is highly recommended for the safety of the workmen against the electrical hazards. These Electrical Rubber Mats are highly economical and suitable for general use also. However, we recommend use of Insulated Rubber Mats as per latest Indian Standard i.e IS 15652:2006 for electrical insulation.
