TMT Bars, under the brand name Balaji Sarvottam 500D EQR Thermex TMT Bars, used in Civil Construction, is manufactured by us at our Integrated Steel Plant facility in Durgpaur, West Bengal. We have an annual capacity of 260,000 MTs of TMT Bars and produce them using the Thermex technology for rapid water quenching from Hennigsdorfer Stahl Engineering GmbH, Germany.

Adhunik TMT rebars are produced through Primary Steel making route using virgin iron ore from Captive mines by the world's most advanced technology,- The Tempcore Process - in collaboration with Centre de RechaercheMetallurgiques (CRM) Belgium. Adhunik TMT Bars are subsequently processed through the in house DRI Plant consuming Iron ore mined from own Mines, which is further channelled through Induction Furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) to refine the steel to the fullest extent and a Continuous Casting Billet Machine (CCBM). The resultant Billets are of superior quality, containing low sulphur and phosphorus levels and ensures the desired and consistent properties in the rebar. Adhunik TMT Bars are IS: 1786:2008 Certified forFe-415, Fe-415D,FE-500, Fe-500D, Fe-550& Fe-600 grades.
