We are offering galvanized steel sheet. Jindal (india) limited produces hot dipped galvanized coils in accordance with international standards, jis g3302 (grade sgch, sgcc), astm a653 and is 277. Its coils have excellent corrosion resistance, printability and workability. The de-greasing section helps the removal of oil and dirt by a cascaded process of hot alkaline de-greasing, cold rising, hot rising and hot air drying. Then annealing is done in an electrically heated horizontal furnace operated under a protective atmosphere with a calibrated ratio of nitrogen and hydrogen generated in a state–of–the–art automated protective gas plant using ammonia and air as primary raw materials. Hot dip galvanizing of the strip is carried out by immersing it in a zinc bath maintained at 460 degree centigrade. The chemistry of the bath is carefully controlled to ensure proper adhesion and formability of the applied zinc together with bright blemish free uniform spangles

We are offering erw pipes. Small diameter steel pipes have different applications in its category. These pipes when used as welded pipes need certain characteristics to be controlled during production. The manufacturing process and its raw materials have an impact on the pipes strength, flexibility, finish, straightness, etc besides diameter and wall thickness. When it is required for corrosion protection with galvanized surface, basic raw material and surface finish is more important. The high frequency welding adopted for joint along with the right quality of steel used meets most applications when manufactured and tested to different standards intended for such applications.

We are offering mild steel cold rolled. Cold rolled steel is produced by 6-hi reversing cold rolling mills. These mills are equipped with latest technologies of configurations comprising of mill management system, abb make advent technology system, automatic gauge control system and abb make digital dc drives which assures the quality and prescribed limit of thickness of the materials. This automation process enables the reduction of thickness of material up to 90 %, i.e. As thin as 0.10 mm as per customer's demand and international requirements. The plant is also equipped with bell furnaces and skin pass facility to cater the market for domestic appliances.

We are offering coated erw pipes. Jindal (india) limited has state of art coating facilities to meet all requirements of client. The coating plant is capable of applying multi-layer coating that comprises fusion bonded epoxy (fbe), co-polymer adhesive and highmediumlow density polyethylenepolypropylene. This is in addition to applying a single layer of fbe on the external surface of steel pipes if required.the coating plant has a capacity of coating pipes at the rate of 300sq meter per hour. The best corrosion control system for underground pipe lines lies in its ability to limit oxygen and water transport to the pipe surface and compatibility with cathodic protection (cp) system. the coating on line pipe with fbe and pe are designed such that it will work in compatible with cp system and not interfere with it. the applied coatings at jindal (india) limited exceeds the quality requirement s of din 30670, csa z 245.20, csa z 245.21 and its equivalent. All activities of the coating plant are controlled through rigorous quality assurance system that meets or exceeds iso: 9001-2008 requirements.

We are offering aluminium foil. At jindal india limited, aluminium foil is produced by rolling foil stock on two high speed, 4-hi foil mills – a universal spidem foil mill & a finishing achenbach foil mill with rolling width of 1100 mm. Both mills are capable of rolling down to light (9-12 microns) & ultra-light gauges (7 microns). The combination of mills makes the manufacturing system extremely versatile in terms of gauge mix, and universal foils aims to carve out a niche for itself in the light gauge foil market for house foil & packaging of gutka, food, confectionery and cigarette.
