History and back ground: Founder of the company Jayant L Thacker immediately after graduation join service and started carrier in a private firm as a marketing executive. From day to day visit to different coal mines started own business of supply of spare parts for earth moving equipments in coal projects including HYDRAULIC HOSE ASSEMBLIES. Main procurement source was Calcutta market. We along with our customers were suffering from problem of timely supply, quality and in correct parts. With the suggestions and support of our valued customers our MD initiated to set up a hose assembling factory. During an exhibition we had a meeting with Mr. P Feroz from Markwel (Parker). With his help we imported Cutting & brushing, Crimping, Swaging and Hydraulic Pressure Testing machineries from Techmaflex, France. Beside imported machineries we have purchased all necessary work shop equipments from Pune. The idea behind importing quality machine was to satisfy customer in term of quality (to avoid any pre failure or leakage) which was regular complaint.
