Features : Applicable for soft dough biscuits such as glucose, coconut, milkbikkis, butter bite etc. Matured dough (Lump / Pellets) are fed into the hopper for conversion into individual biscuits with the help of forcing roller and the designed die roller with cavity embedded. Rubberized pressure roller releases-out biscuit from the cavities by tangential force on to a conveyor which transfer biscuit on to the oven band for baking. Control panel (PLC / VFD) is provided for machine operation.

Horizontal Cut & Lay Laminator   This machine is used in the Biscuit Industries as pre-baking equipments. Features : Present innovation is a designed of a horizontal laminator incorporating “Cut & Lay” principal. In this design dough is fed into the hopper as pre-sheeter. A pair of rolls forms initial sheet here, it then goes to 1st& final gouge rolls carried by the take off conveyors. The final sheet is transfer into horizontal conveyor where dough sheets of required lengths are cut. The conveyorised layering tables, one above the other, lays cut-dough sheet of the required length in number of layers with a reciprocating motion. The layering table is mounted on a motion guide line. Clamped in between two MS side plates. This ensures minimum friction and vibration free movement of the reciprocating table & layering of dough

This macine is used in the Buscuit Industries as Pre-baking equipments. It is used for mixing purpose. Features (Capacity - 100kg/200kg/300kg Flour) : This mixing action is achieved by two specilly designed blades (Sigma Type). Set on parallel shafts mounted with close with close clearance in a IW' shaped trough. The ratation of one blade is opposite to that of the other. The bottom of the trogh is curved upward to form a ridge between blades. The design of the blades helps in homogeneous mixing of ingredients. Dough discharge by lifting mechanism of mixing Bowl Mechanical / Hydraulic means and limit switches. Mixer lead open & close manually / pneumatically. Outer cover powder coated/stainless steel.

It consists of three sets of chilled cast-iron gauge rolls. This machine is used in the Biscuit Industries as pre-baking quipments. Features : This machine is fitted with the rotary moulder machine (online) during collected into a small trolley from the mixture. The trolley is suitably placed on the lifting arms of the dough feeder unit. The dough lifter lifts the loaded trolley automatically & discharge the dough lump into the feeding hopper. Dough Cutting mechanism provided. Formation of dough is achieved by combination of dough sheeting with help of forcing roller / gauge roller & continuous slitting by multiple circular knives fixed direction of dough sheet movement. Feeding of dough is by reciprocating conveyor across the die roller uniformly. Operating control panel is provided for all drives with frequency controller.
