Description : Mineral Grind plus is one of the latest innovation by Vista in the field of grinding Aid for mineral, Cement raw material, Coke, Coal, Calcite, quartz, dolomite etc. The above mineral grinding involves rather higher power consumption than that stipulated in Ritinger's law in chemical engineering discipline, because of coating of powder on hammers, balls, rollers, interior mill surfaces and due to re-agglomera-tion /re-adhering of freshly fractured particulate minerals during and post size reduction operation. This phenomenon reduces powder flow bility/dispensability to a great extent increasing unit grinding cost. Advantages :Vista mineral grind plus when added by mass of grinding feed offers thefollowing : Increase mill output (6% to 12%) depending on the efficiency of the grinding installation & the characteristic of raw meal to be ground Increase fineness for same energy input. Reduces grinding energy cost due to lesser power consumption. Improved flow characteristic of feed during grinding and storage. Dosage : Can vary from 0.03 to 0.1% by mass of charge depending on hardness, microstruc-ture, and re-agglomeration characteristics of mineralsDosing equipment : The additive should be accurately dosed by means of a calibrated dosing pump. Vista's technical team arranges installation, and operation of dosing pump at site.
