We produce special Jute Box Bags for wrapping cotton bales. Are of two types, for wrapping 100 Kilos of Cotton and for wrapping 200 Kilos of cotton. Can be produced with our without flaps and other customizations in terms of printing.

Plain or unprinted hessian bags have different kinds of usage – agricultural, industrial, landscaping etc. Available in variety of customizable sizes. Used to pack material from 5 Kilos to upto 50 Kilos of weight. Used to pack vegetables, fruits, and other edible items, other agricultural produce like tobacco, cotton, wool etc. Also used as plain and rot proof treated sandbags for protection from floods. Food Grade variety of these bags are used to pack coffee and cocoa.

Spiral Bags     We produce special Spiral Bags produced from 7 Oz or 10 Oz Hessian Cloth for packing cotton lint bales. Such bags are characterized by special spiral sewing on these bags for more flexibility to stuff bales of cotton. Sizes can be customized as needed.

Treated     We produce treated or rot retardant jute sandbags. Such treatment increases the resistance of the jute bags to rotting and increases the durability of the bags. Used in lieu of the plain sandbags where the bags need to hold for a longer period of time.  

Plain      We produce Jute sandbag which are a biodegradable way of protection from floods. These are attached with tie strings for easy closing of the mouth once the bag is filled with sand or soil.

Other than the types of bags already mentioned above, we can practically manufacture any bag with customizations as may be needed for any specific purpose. We produce Food Grade Hessian Bags with special valve in one corner of the bag which help in filling coffee by automated machines. We manufacture bags inserted and fitted with poly liners or laminated as may be required for variety of purposes. We supply double bags (bag inserted in another bag) as may be required by specific market.

Closely woven jute bags of size 44"x26.5" Standard bag weights are 2.25 lbs. (1020 grams) and 2 lbs. (907 grams) Used to pack roughly 90-100 kilograms of a variety of commodities like grains, cashew etc. Can be produced with our without blue or other colour stripes Standard packing is 300 pieces per iron bound bale. We also produce such BTwills in the Food Grade variety which are used to pack Coffee and Cocoa.

We have infrastructure and manufacture jute fabric in Rolls. Rolls can be of various lengths, from 50 metres per roll to over 2000 metres per rolls. Are made on strong cardboard cores of defined diameters. Find a variety of uses in various industries.

We produce Hessian Coreless Rolls. Used in the construction industry to cover concrete and brickwork and to provide protection against damage from frost. These need to be 46 metres in lengths. Widths can be 36”, 54”, 72” or any other as may be required. We also provide special shrink-wrapped packing for such rolls.

Plain and Treated Liners     We can supply both plain and the treated varieties of the nursery liners. Such liners are used to fit inside wire baskets in nurseries. These are produced with tags sewn into such liners with information as may be required to be put onto it. Sizes and widths can be customized as needed.

We have special shuttle-less Rapier Looms (Dornier make) in our factory, on which we produce special fabric with Leno Selvedges. Fabric has uniform weave which gives better presentability to the fabric and also results in minimum fabric faults. Is formed by one or more pairs of strong ends that interface with the weft on the leno principle. Warp threads are crossed and interwoven into the edges of the fabric. Such fabric also finds uses in the decorative, upholstery and other industries.
