One of our recent partnerships happened with the Swiss company, Autech AG which was founded in 1990 and has been well known since then as a competent supplier of welding and grinding machines for rail maintenance. Autech AG develops designs, manufactures and sells suitable machines for maintenance work on rails.  

Rail cum Road Vehicle (RRV) is dual-terrain vehicle used for specific utilities and applications. Navketan felt there was an unfulfilled need of an international quality Road Cum Railway Vehicle which would not only be state of art but also sturdy and easy to operate. To make this a reality, we developed our first RRV prototype in the year 2011 which underwent rigorous trials for a couple of years on varied track conditions. Since then, we have successfully catered to esteemed clients like L&T, Tata Aldessa, Texmaco and other reputed clients.  

We are the sole distributors for sales, service and support for Holland LP of USA. M/s Holland LP of USA who have the largest installation of Mobile Flash Butt Plant all around the world and operating more than 350 machines in North America having 95% of the market share and around 60 machines in India with a market share of 85%. Holland LP also has presence in over 35 countries and has a market share of over 80% globally.   Mobile Flash Butt Welding as an industry in India became a reality only after 2003, when we were awarded the 1st contract in Indian Railways to execute Flash Butt Welding project. This ushered a new revolution in Indian Railways on welding of joints. Since then, we have been successful in executing over 100,000 welds in different geographies and varied conditions. From Stationery to Ontrack Welding and executing diverse projects like Construction Projects, Gauge Conversion, Doubling Projects and so on, Navketan boasts of a team of trained engineers who are experts in the field of Fash butt technology

The Welding Generators are state of the art equipment in its class & our product is approved by the RDSO (Indian Railways). All the models are fitted with world renowned engines e.g. Honda, Lombardini, etc., which are highly fuel efficient, environment friendly & low noise following EU Norms. These are very portable and light weight machines starting from 90 kg to heavier machines weighing more than 500kgs.   These machines provides DC current for smooth spatter free radio graphic quality welding, with safety features, and brush-less asynchronous alternators, and also provides AC current for convenient use of power tools like grinding etc. There are dual operated welders with two welding outputs which are available in super silenced model also where two people can work together.   We are in Collaboration with GenSet Spa of Italy which has the widest range of engine driven welders.
