Swinging arm: - the engine is mounted on a swinging arm, which takes support over the fixture clamp. The swinging arm has needles & ball the rail from both sides at any angle without disturbing the fixture. The engine pulley provides the rotational motion to the driver pulley of cutter on which the cutting disc is pre the help of a v-belt.
