Our sheet pasting (gluing machine) is used for applying glue on the tip of the corrugation 2 ply sheets to make different ply. It consists of three rollers which is smoothly finished to ensure even lamination of boards. Wheels with eccentric bushes are provided to the one roller for the adjustment far optimum application of gum & one far even impression on 2 ply board. Hard Chromed rollers are provided far economy and better quality at an additional cast.

We deal in "Four Bar Rotary Creasing & Cutting Machine".   We design and develop four bar rotary creasing & cutting machine that is used for cutting & creasing of corrugated boards simultaneously. The machine is sturdy and contains graded alloy steel knives for smooth cutting. Gauges are provided for accurate cutting & creasing of sheets as per required measurement.

Our range of rotary reel to sheet cutter machine is designed for high production in cutting paper as well as 2 ply corrugated sheet without damaging the flutes. This machine can be used as an independent unit or can be attached to a corrugation machine for direct and accurate sheet cutting, which minimizes the percentage of wastage. PIV gear box is provided for cutting of the sheet to the required length. A delivery conveyor is provided to carry the sheets out. Variable speed motor is recommended for economy in wastage at an additional cast.

We design and engineer eccentric slotter machine that are used for slotting & corner cutting of the corrugated board simultaneously. The machine has three slotting & one corner cutting head and gauges are provided for accurate feeding.

These machines are used for trimming, creasing, slotting and corner cutting of sheets simultaneously. It has four creasing heads, four trimming heads, three slotting heads and one corner cutting head. Chain feeding arrangement is provided with two side gauges to feed the board. The creaser & slotter heads are easily adjustable to the required size.

The machine has been designed & manufactured to stitch the card board & corrugated boxes. The machine is made of graded casting and the parts are standardized interchangeable and made alloy steel.
