CTC Tool Cutters are manufactured from imported AISI M15 high speed steel. These cutters are available both in LH and RH forms .Cutters are available different angles as customers demand.  Optimum combination of microstructure, grain size and hardness are ensured in heat treatment for durable performance. On specific demand cutters are also made from AISI M-35 / M-42 / M-2 and other HSS grades of customer’s choice. Hardness of TTI cutters is 66/68 HRC for M-15 and other grades of super-high speed steel. 64/66 HRC for M2 and other grades of conventional high speed steel. Chaser Holder For Grooving Machine This invention relates to thread cutting devices and more particularly to improvements in means for mounting and adjusting thread cutting tools, or chasers, used in certain types of die-heads as well as to improvements in the chasers themselves. As is well known to those skilled in the art, die heads of the kind herein considered are provided with a plurality of cutter elements arranged to be held in operative cutting position during thread cutting and to be moved away from the work piece at the end of the thread. These cutter elements comprise a holder for receiving the tool or chaser, a clamp for clamping it in place, and, commonly, an adjusting screw abutting one end of the chaser directly for moving it longitudinally in the holder.
