Pedal Hot Bar Sealers are used to seal lamination pouches of various widths upto 24 inches. The frame of the machine is sturdy which supports heavy duty production. The jaw of these sealers are made nickel coated iron. There are two types of hot bar sealers available namely diamond hot bar and tram line hot bar sealers. The diamond hot bar sealer makes a dotted impression whereas the tram line hot bar sealer makes serrated lines when sealing. Cling film tray wrapping sealer adopts electronic constant temperature control for cutting and shrinking. Cling film tray wrapping sealer is widely used to pack cling film on food, vegetable which is an ideal equipment for supermarket and buffet. The sealing process requires the operator to place the tray on the heating plate and wrapping it on the tray manually. Once the film is heated it will shrink and stick on the tray. Once the process is complete the operator may remove the tray.

Shivam Bag Closer (DA) is a single needle, single thread chain-stitch bag closing/stitching machine. This machine may be used to stitch all sorts of paper, textile and poly bags made from HDPE/PP etc. The stitching process is simple which needs the operator to feed the filled bag in upright position between the presser foot and the throat plate and then press the push button beneath the handle.
