Details of Rollovane/Rotorvane Machine  :   Rotorvane/Rollovane is available in different sizes made of stainless steel and Gun Metal with Iris Plate or cone. This is primarily used for pre - conditioning of withered tea leaves prior to CTC machine. This is available both on bottom C. I. base plate or on fabricated High base. Rotorvane has horizontal rotor assembly for working inside a barrel shaped stated assembly. The feed hopper is stamped above the wall proportioned aperture cut on the barrel for intake of leaf. The Rotor assembly has one EN-8 steel spindleworm, one widepitch feed scroll and eight forward with three reverse twin bladed segmental vanes. At the discharge end a pressure control device is provided for adjusting the pressure on the leaf under processing. A screwed end protruding trunion acts as bearing support of the motor spindle at discharge end. The discharge unit can also be provided with Iris end plate or cone attachment.

A unique design, Balanced Green Leaf Sifter is used for sifting green leaves Rolled tea at different stages of tea processing. The machine is suitable for sifting leaves either after withering, rolling or breaking balls, cooling processed leaves and separating unwanted particles including iron scraps.
