Superplast PQC - is an admixture formulated by using Sulphonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde. It is high range water reducer cum slump retainer plasticizer, a brown liquid, specially suitable for concreting in hot climate conforming to IS:9103 : 2004 Edition 2.2 (2007-08) and AST M C494.Advantage: Improves high workability with reduction of 15 to 20% water. Permeability of concrete is reduced. Significant increase in ultimate strength. Improves concrete with less shrinkage. Improves the setting time and produce flowable concrete.

Superplast is a high water reducer and slump retaining admixture formulated by using Sulphonated Naphthalene Formaldehyde; it is supplied as a light brown liquid which is suitable for concreting in all climates. Its special formulation allows for water reductions without any loss to workability, and also allows to produce higher quality concrete of reduced permeability.   Superplast complies with 1S--9103:1999 and BS:5075 part 3, and also with ASTM-C-494 Type ‘F’ and Type ‘A’ depending on the dosages used.

Superplast AF is a Chloride free Accelerating and Frost preventing admixture, used to promote rapid setting of concrete and mortar in very low and minus temperature, conforming to to IS: 9103:1 999 (Reaffirmed 2004) Edition 2.2 (2007-08).Advantage: Works as a freezing point depressant for the mixing water. Makes the fresh mass more frost resistant. Faster setting time generates very high early strength in concrete. Reduce time of plaster and finishing. Lower maximum temperature of concrete. Grout HS — is a Ultra High Strength, Free Flowing Non-Shrink, and Chloride Free Grout Conforming to BS-1881, Part 116-1983. Uses :  Grout- HS is used for grouting of Bolt pockets and base plates grouting of foundation Bolt for all types of machinery in cement, textile, paper & steel industries, bridges bearing pads, columns in pre-cast construction.Advantage : Grout HS is an economical and easy to use material, requiring only addition of water. It is very easy to mix and Placement can be done with high flow characteristics, rapid strength development, adjustable consistency and compressive strength up to 7ON/mm2 (28 days) is achieved it does not segregate and bleed. It is impact and vibration resistant, non-corrosive to steel and iron, non-toxic and safe to handle.Application : All grouting areas must be free from the loose concrete, oil, grease, and dust where Grout HS will be placed. The grouting areas to be saturated with water and it are to been sured that no stagnant water is present before application. Add Grout HS Powder to clean water as per the recommended dosages. Keep on mixing with a grout or Concrete mixer till a smooth and even consistency is achieved. Mixed grout should be used within 15 minutes of preparation. After initial hardening of the grout, it should be kept damp either by wet Hessian Cloth or with pounding for a minimum of seven days. Water and Powder ratio varies from 0.12 to 0.13 depending on the consistency requirement of the site 25Kg of the material will yield approximately 12.0 Litre of Fluid Grout and 11 .0 Litre of plastic Grout mix respectively. Placing conditions including temperature may have to be assessed before pouring the grout at site. Small trials batches may be tried to ascertain best working consistency.Shelf Life : 6 months from the date of manufacture in unopened condition. To be stored in a cool and dry covered space should be protected from direct sunlight.Handlinkg Precaution : Grout HS is non-Toxic and Ingestion is to be avoided. If contact with eyes occurs, wash well immediately with water and seek medical advice.
