KA Wires SAW wire is characterized by excellent feeding and welding properties, facilitating trouble-free welding. Welding Flux: Welding Flux is an agglomerated neutral flux of the aluminates - retiletype, basicity index is 0.5-0.8, It is black-brown spherical flux with grain from 10-60 mesh, density is 1.2-1.3gram/cm3 Application: flux is suitable for welding Q345 grade carbon steels,A,B,X42-X52 pipe steels matching H08A, H08MnMo wires etc. Note: before welding, baked 2hours flux of 350°C and removed rust, oil, moisture etc of plate.
