High precision all geared 3 – speeds D.P.C. wire strips covering machine ideally suited for large scale accurate production with quality finished in normal wires strips. Reception drum is fitted with reduction gear head for pulling the finished materials. Provision for speed changing according to percentage of covering is incorporated in gear head. A hand lever is provided with the machine by which gradually increased and decreased the machine speeds. One attachment is fitted with the machine for layer winding with automatic reverse of wire strips at the end of each layer. A mechanical clutch device is fitted with the machine for tensioning the wire strips according to the dimension.
