Low carbon rutile-basic-coated austenitic stainless steel electrode with approx 8% Ferrite coating with very low moisture pick up. Basic properties are soft fusion, virtually no spatter, very easy slag removal, exceptional rippled and shiny weld bead appearance, and easy restriking.
