Limited e tenders, in two part system, are invited from the manufacturers suppliers having the necessary portal enrolment with class ii or class iii digital signature certificate (dsc), for the supply of laminated kraft paper bags suitable for packing 5 kg, 20 kg and 40kg wall putty.
