This Millet rawa is a unique combination of three super nutritious millets – Sorghum, Pearl Millet and Finger Millet soaked and roasted for you to quickly use it like any rawa in making Idly, Upma, utappa, Dosa, Pongal, Sheera, Pudding etcUpma Recipe : Step 1 : Roast about 2 cups of Rawa with little ghee till aroma emanates out of it Seasoning: Take a spoon of vegetable oil/ghee in a pan and heat it. As it gets heated add a pinch of mustard, Cumin, turmeric, Chana dal, curry leaves, dry mirchi. Value add with vegetables: Add finely chopped onion to the seasoning as they turn their colour to golden brown, add chopped carrot, tomatoes, green peas if you have. Let them all cook for a few minutes.
