Ensure proper tightening of all nut bolts especially U clamps between the leaf springs and the axles with periodical checks as per the usage conditions. 2. Ensure usage of lynch pins to lock the free ends of the locking pins. 3. Ensure proper lubrication of the bearings in the hub of the axles at all times. Open the front screw cap of the hub for Appling grease on the bearings for lubrication. 4. Ensure proper air pressure in the tyres at all times. The tyre with rim is connected to the hub by five nuts which can be opened to remove the tyre for repairing any puncture/air leakage.
