Instruction set for Operating Farm trailer is the most commonly used tractor attachment which imparts the real versatility to the tractor as an ideal "rural truck". For opening the panels remove pull the locking pins of the panels and then the panel can be swiveled on hinge joints 2. Rear towing hookThe trolley is provided with a towing hook at the rear for hitching and pulling a similar trolley. 3. Parking jack The trolley is provided with an height adjustable parking jack which can be used to facilitate quick and single man hitching / unhitching of the trolley to the tractor Maintenance Tips 1. Ensure proper tightening of all nut bolts especially U clamps between the leaf springs and the axles with periodical checks as per the usage conditions. 2. Ensure usage of lynch pins to lock the free ends of the locking pins. 3. Ensure proper lubrication of the bearings in the hub of the axles at all times. Open the front screw cap of the hub for Appling grease on the bearings for lubrication. 4. Ensure proper air pressure in the tyres at all times. The tyre with rim is connected to the hub by five nuts which can be opened to remove the tyre for repairing any puncture/air leakage.

Folding Cultivator Tillers are made usually 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, &21 tines and can be supplied as per order. These are made in spring loaded as well as without springs. In spring loaded Cultivators the design is heaving toggle assembly and in direct linkage design, quality consciousness is observed as strength wise. The tines used are forged tines, reversible shovels of H.C. steel and nut & Bolts are of ny lock and of best quality.  

The Disc plough is directly mounted to the Tractors. The plough is a hydraulically operated basic implement for the preparation of land. It is available in a basic 2 furrow and 3- furrow version with the kit for converting it to 3 furrow or 4-furrow plough. The Disc Plough is especially useful in hard and dry trashy, stumply land conditions and in soils where scouring is a major problem. Heavy-duty pipe frame has high trash clearance allowing the plough to operate under heavy crop residual. Being fully mounted and comparatively lighter in weight results lighter draft as compared to equivalent trailed plough where more power is required to operate and consequently higher operating costs.

A disc harrow is a farm implement that is used to cultivate the soil where crops are to be planted. It is also used to chop up unwanted weeds or crop remainders. It consists of many iron or steel discs which have slight concavity and are arranged into two or four sections. When viewed from above, the four sections would appear to form an "X" which has been flattened to be wider than it is tall. The discs are also offset so that they are not parallel with the overall direction of the implement. This is so they slice the ground they cut over a little bit to optimize the result. The concavity of the discs as well as their being offset causes them to loosen and pickup the soil they cut. Heavy Duty Disc Harrow trails behind the tractor and because of heavy design and weight, can effectively break up heavy clods. And when green manure, trash or other surface growth is cross-disced, the organic matter is effectively buried and mixed with the soil and decays rapidly into humus. The harrow has a strong and sturdy main frame with high quality steel discs and heavy- duty chilled cast iron spools to provide center weight Optional wheels can be provided for towing on road.  

Features : There are nine tines in this tiller mounted in two rows. Each tine is mounted with two strong coil spring which allow the tines to ride over obstructions in the soil without the inconvenience of stopping work to clear the obstacle, thus making it suitable for use in stone and root obstructed soil. The weight of this tiller is little more than the other 9-tine tiller so it can aerate soil to a depth of one feet. The tiller eliminates the use of the plough. In this tiller 2.3/16" reversible shovels are fitted. The front and the rear tines can be spaced as desired for either row crop or general cultivation work because holes in the frame are provided at one-inch interval. Special steel forged tines & High Tensile Bolts used. This tiller is also available with 7, 11, 13 & 15 tines.
