The mixture needs to be stirred continuously to disperse the Bentonite easily in water. While stirring one should add a dispersing agent to the mixture. This dispersing agent will help the Bentonite slurry to purify. Now to improve the overall capacity of Bentonite, it is modified by adding a minute amount of alkali. Only a small amount of alkali is needed, so the amount that is added is measured carefully. Now the provided slurry of Bentonite is heated while being constantly stirred. In the middle of the stirring, a coating agent is added in between. The addition of coating agent is done continuously after which it is filtered. The filtered material is kept for drying which ultimately after drying is the material that we need for various purposes. And ultimately, Bentonite is ready to be manufactured to the required clients as per their needs.
