We use Gurjan/Keruing 2.5 mm & 4 mm thick core, A-grade imported face veneer with Phenol Formaldehyde resin. Selected imported Gurjan /Keruing wood veneer on it gives the board high mechanical strength and high screw holding capacity. CPL Steel Gold Block Board is pressed under temperature and pressure and is bonded with superior grade phenol formaldehyde resin (Conforming to IS 848): 1974), resulting in a product with high dimensional stability and excellent insulating properties. CPL Steel Gold Block Board is weather proof and does not twist under worst working conditions. CPL Steel Gold Block Board uses preservatives in order to make it resistant to borers & termites. These battens are systematically arranged and utmost care is taken to avoid any extra gap between the battens. Regular test are conducted to maintain the quality of block boards as per the standards of IS:1659. Flush Door : SRG Flush Door is a durable product and known for its excellent quality, exceptional finish and unique dimensional stability. It is made of selected hardwood frames for high nail holding capacity. SRG flush doors having lock rail on both side of the frame. The frame and battens used in the flush doors are well treated and assembled in such a way that there is no gap in between the battens and frames. An extra coating of PF resin has been done on assembled flush door to get the more bonding strength between core and battens.

Mieco block board is a perfect combination of imported pine and gurjan wood. Frame of 100% seasoned pine wood with 3" wide stiles and fillers not exceeding 30 mm in width. These boards finally pass through a specially self designed edge - sanding machine by which the natural figure (grains) of pine wood appear prominently at the edges giving an exceptional look to the boards.
