A modular permanent seal for any pipe through walls, floors and casing.  Installation takes less than 5 minutes.  Expands around the space to create a gas and water tight seal. Resists aging, ozone, sunlight, water and a wide range of chemicals, extreme high 400ºF (204.44ºC) and low -60 ºF (-51ºC) temperatures.
