The Slip Guard conformable safety-grip abrasive safety tape is an ingenious non slip surface ideal for use on chequer or durbar plate, it comes in three industry specified colours; black, yellow orblack/yellow hazard, although we can make to any Pantone® or RAL colour on special request. The conformable material for this abrasive safety tape is constructed from a soft aluminum foil base and then top coated with a thick spread of aluminum oxide grit.Once the abrasive safety tape has been applied the conformable safety-grip adopts the texture of the durbar or chequer plate, as it is foil based it has no inherent memory so will not lift or rise off.As the conformable safety-grip material is non-plastic based it has a secondary use of being flame retardant, our product has been tested to certain Civil Aviation Authority specifications for burn testing
