We manufacture Fabricated Channel Sleepers for use on Railway girder Bridges along with all the accessories for fitment of running rails as well as guard rails. All these sleepers and fittings are usually Hot Dip galvanized to attain higher durability and minimum maintenance.We also manufacture Steel Trough Sleepers, which are pressed out of rolled profiles. These sleepers can be supplied with or without cant, with holes or with welded arrangement of Base plates, shoulders etc. for fixing of rails as per the customers requirements.

We are manufacturing a large number of quantities of Glued Insulated Rail Joints for different rails sections. Which are using on long welded rail section and continues welded rail sections for insulation of rail to the adjacent rails.Modern Signaling System depends on Track Circuits where in a portion of track is isolated from the adjoining track. This is accomplished with help of Insulated Rail Joint.Mainly we are manufacturing & Supplying G-3(L) type Glued Joints with 950mm long Fish Plates tightened with 6 H.T.S. 24mm Dia Bolts. The insulating materials like end post, liners, bushes or sleeves and glue used in it are being manufactured with the RDSO approved raw materials (Resin, Hardener & Fibre Cloth.
