Surya Grey Tile Adhesive
We are offering surya grey tile adhesive. A grey cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive that forms strong bond on surfaces like concrete, plaster, etc. especially designed for ceramic, stone & vitrified tiles for interiorexterior usage on both floors and walls. Forms a waterproof barrier between two surfaces and has excellent ‘grab’ properties. application surya ™ grey is recommended for the following: - terrazzo - tile on wood - vitrified tiles - ceramic tiles - glazed ceramic swimming pool tiles - granite benefits - improved bond strength, compressive & tensile strength - self curing adhesive - waterproofing properties - free from toxic substances - no cavities due to excellent bonding - shock & impact resistant - flexible - suited for both indoors & outdoors procedure 1. Mix surya ™ grey tile adhesive and clean water thoroughly until a lump-free mortar is obtained. The adhesive is then ready for use and should be applied within 1.5-2hrs(pot-life). 2. Spread no more than 1 sq.m.at a time. Comb the adhesive to a thickness of approx. 3-6 mm with a notched trowel. 3. Tiles should be fixed on the bed within 20 minutes of adhesive application. Touch the adhesive paste on the surface by a finger & if it does not stick to fingers then scrape off the adhesive and apply a new coat. 4. Push tile firmly on the surface ensuring that no air-voids are formed behind tiles. 5. Tiles can be adjusted up to 10-15 minutes after fixing. 6. Leave adequate joints between individual wall and floor tiles unless self spacing tiles are used. 7. Clean off surplus adhesive from the tile face and between joints with a damp sponge.

Surya Tile Grout
We are offering surya tile grout. A non-shrinking cement based grout that is applied between tiles to fill in the spaces and give strength to the tile work. surya ™ grout is water-resistant and can be used for tiles of ceramic, vitrified and mosaic nature, both on floors and walls. The grout is suitable for usage in swimming pools as well. application surya ™ tile grout is recommended to grout the following: - glazed wall tiles - mosaics - vitrified tiles - ceramic floor tiles benefits - water and shock resistant - superior quality filling. Difficult to scrape unlike other products. - stain-resistant - ready to use, needs only mixing with water - ideal for usage in bathrooms & swimming pool procedure 1. Mix surya ™ tile grout and clean water (grout:water = 3:1) until a lump-free mortar is obtained. Do not over-stir as it will lead to formation of air-bubbles. 2. Work the grout into the joints by using a grout float. The joints should be completely filled with surya ™ tile grout. 3. After 20 minutes of application, clean any excess grout on tile surface with a wet sponge (using clean water). 4. Tiles should be fixed on the bed within 20 minutes of adhesive application. Touch the adhesive paste on the surface by a finger & if it does not stick to fingers then scrape off the adhesive and apply a new coat. 5. Push tile firmly on the surface ensuring that no air-voids are formed behind tiles. 6. Tiles can be adjusted up to 10-15 minutes after fixing. 7. Surya Plaster Bond
We are offering surya plaster bond. A top-notch product that imparts mechanical bond, besides increasing the plaster life. Surya ™ plaster bond if mixed with mortar prevents damages from air bubbles, acts as a moisture repellent and helps the plaster maintain glaze. One-time usage gives lifetime advantages. Should be used while doing plaster, bricklaying, with dpc, r.c.c casting & while laying the foundation. application surya ™ plaster bond is recommended for the following: - doing plaster - bricklaying (chunai) - d.p.c - r.c.c casting (dhalai) - laying foundation benefits - prevents plaster-ageing & cracks - cost of wall-putty reduced by half since plaster maintains glaze - saves on cost & labor due to less required-curing - acts as a moisture repellent - prevents pores in plaster, hence white cement coating is not required - prevents damages from air bubbles procedure 1. Make mortar using cement & core sand in the ratio of 1:4 (1 bag cement & 4 bags core sand). 2. Add 1kg plaster bond to the above ratio. (plaster bond quantity to be adjusted with the quantity of mortar. E.g. Mortar using 2bags cement & 8bags core sand, would require 2kg plaster bond. Similarly mortar with 3bags of cement & 12bags of core sand needs 3kg plaster bond, etc) 3. Add water to the above 4. Do a plaster of 10mm in thickness 5. Curing to be done 8 hours after finishing plaster 6. 5 days curing recommended- 5 timesday in summer & 3 timesday in winter season.
