Quality Assurance
At A.H. EXPORTS, we are committed to deliver the finest quality of threaded component and have established the checks at various levels to keep a strict vigil on the quality of the products that we produce: * The RAW MATERIAL ORDERING is ordered strictly as per the grade of the material that the customer has ordered. Our Two Quality Labs dedicated to chemical analysis of steel grades manufactured at our own rolling mills and procured materials eliminates the intake of faulty material at material in-take step. * IN -COMING MATERIAL INSPECTION is done to verify the material grade and quantity of the raw material that is procured against an order. * The raw materials are issued to Production head against the manufacturing order that matches and is verified against the purchase order of the customer. * PERIODIC IN-PROCESS QUALITY CHECK is maintained at a regular intervals of 01 hours to catch and avoid any mismatch of the quality. * We have a proper Dispatch Planning and load distribution planning of containers to be dispatched before executing the dispatch and to insure hat we have dispatched the correct materials against the customer we PERFORM THE PRE-DISPATCH INSPECTION which is done at a random order and is a MADATORY REQUIREMENT part of our quality control process. * Additionally, we get the material tested and equipment calibrated from external labs on demand on regular basis.
