Our experimental department is responsible for the development of new processes and machines. It is provided with an extensive pilot plant with laboratory, production machines, and measuring equipment for the important process stages of the conditioning technology. Pelleting tests for the compound feed industry are now almost exclusively carried out using the annular gap expander. The combination of the annular gap expander and press offers the feedstuff and food industry new possibilities for conditioning and hygienic treatment of mixtures and by - products together with a considerable increase of the press capacity. The plant is available to prospective buyers and customers who want to have their own products tested. On the basis of the results achieved plant designs and offer can be prepared.

BHAJAN Pelleting plants have been applied successfully for compacting organic products of different particle size, moisture contents, and bulk densities. The products The product is pressed through a ring die required shape & size, by extruding it through a metallic ring die. Finely ground material is feed in t the pellet mill through a feeder and then pressed in to a rotating ring die with the help of two press rolls free to rotate on their respective shafts. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the radial holes in the die in cylindrical form. BHAJAN offers pellet mills which are capable of producing pellets of diameters ranging from 2.5 to 18mm dia pellet size.
