Our Water cooled Chilling plants have different features details as below: CompressorWe are using Reciprocating / Scroll / Semi Hermatic compressor of reputed make. CondenserOur condenser are Compact in design shell and tube type. Low Pressure, High Pressure switch are being provided for the safety of plant. Thermostat being also provided for Electronics / Automatic tripping when temperature get maintained. ChillerCondensed liquid refrigerant is being expanded in DX Type Chiller through expansion valve. Water is being circulated through Chiller shell side having baffles arrangement / PHE chiller, chiller is also being manufactured and tested hydrostatically at 20 Kg/cm² pressure.

KleenCOOL is a MOBILE sump cleaner cum coolant recycler. You can recycle and reuse the contaminated coolant 2 -3 times and recover 80% of it per recycle. It works on the basis of stage wise removal of tramp oil, solid particles, smell, and bacteria from metal working emulsion coolants. Recycling the coolant by KleenCOOL will remove tramp oil to less than 15 ppm, solid particles and make it 100% free of bacteria and bad smell. Powerful vacuum lets you to pull out chips/sludge and floating oil along with coolant from all corners of machine sump in no time. A large strainer in vacuum tank holds the chips. Clean coolant is returned to the sump. All these are done without stopping your machine.
