Powerful vacuum lets you to pull out chips/sludge and floating oil along with coolant from all corners of machine sump in no time. A large strainer in vacuum tank holds the chips. Bottom discharge hopper lets you to empty the chips quickly. A centrifugal pump takes the coolant from vacuum tank and sends it to an Oil-water separator where all the free tramp oil is removed and drained out automatically. The coolant travels through Micro fiber filter and Activated Carbon filter for residual oil and smell removal. An Ozone generator diffuses ozone in the coolant for complete bacterial disinfection. Clean coolant is returned to the sump. All these are done without stopping your machine.
