Pipe End Facing Machine is used to Chamfering and Deburring of the Pipes before Threading operation and Galvanizing. The Job is chamfered from the External, Internal and Front Face Three different tools. The Job remains still and the Facing Head rotates. The Slide manually move towards Facing Head for Chamfering. -

The saddle :The saddle is fitted on two pillars very precisely , it run on pillars very smoothly and accurately to the head stock alignment. The Apron :The Apron gives movement to the saddle towards head trevers along with pillars through steel rack and pinion arrangements. Its all gear are made of best steel. Vice Jaws:The Vice jaws are fitted on the saddle with best steel hard chrome plated rods accurate . The jaws are made of best steel and are well hardened . The movements of jaws are controlled by a screw on the saddle .
