Pneumatic Clutch Power Press
Power presses cover the whole range of pressing and forming operations, and thus the customer is able to select the machine best suited to his requirements. These presses are used for blanking, cutting, piercing, trimming, drawing, reducing, stamping, punching & bending. Power Presses what we are manufacture is of steel fabricated frame, using best raw materials that are tested for long life, efficiency and reliability. We also do stress relieving to all fabricated frames and follows standard practice of seasoning casting. Power press is equipped with an electro pneumatically operated plate friction clutch and brake combination. The pneumatic clutch has proved to be the most durable and, even when subjected to multi-shift operation. The clutch and brake permit the instantaneous stopping of ram at any point during the down-stroke.We also manufacture the customized Power presses in order to meet exact requirement of our customers from 10 ton to 1000 tons cap.

These Friction Screw presses are preferred for hot forming (Forgings) and cold coining, Stamping, embossing, Sizing nonferrous metals. The press body is steel welded construction one piece box type design. After the welding the press body is glowed free from tension. The Screw is made of high quality alloy Steel and is heat treated to have great hardness at the same time great elasticity. Fly wheel screw presses machines of this type are characterized by the fact that fly wheel connected to accelerated at the start of working stroke, then braked to a standstill by the actual forming process. Thus the entire kinetic energy stored in the fly wheel released screw press have not kinetically fixed bottom dead center point in common with drop forging itself or by stops in the tool in turn, this results in advantage tool height adjustment is eliminated, forging accuracy is greater. In addition Digital indicator meter is provided to measure speed of ram, numbers of stroke count & impact force in tons of press is transfer to P.C. Slipping clutch wheel overload protection pneumatic control can be provided.

These screw presses are specially designed to make bolt head of any kind of Nuts, Rivets, Motor Parts Axle half shaft, Engine valve and non-ferrous forging. Vincent presses are screw presses with friction drive on which the forging blow takes place in an upward direction i.e. from bottom to top. On machines employing the vincent principle the screw nut is positioned in the top cross head of a frame type ram. Thus ram being moved upward in exial direction by rotation of longitudinally fixed screw. The bottom die of the Forging tools is secured to the lower cross head of the ram while the top die is fitted to a fixed bridge which is the part of the machine frame be employing this design, the forging forces do not act on the machine frames but are sustained by the ram. Ejector is provided at lower part of the ram.
